JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a self-motivated person to support our Business Development (BD) team across South East Asia.

This role offers a strong development pathway within a consultancy-based environment, working closely with our BD and SEA leadership Team. You will be mentored by an experienced regional lead with a strong background in engineering, commercial management, and delivery of complex projects across the region.

You will gain exposure to the full bid lifecycle, from early-stage opportunity tracking through to submission, helping shape competitive, high-quality tenders.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support strategy, pipeline tracking, and opportunity management across SEA
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of tender submissions, ensuring high-quality and timely bid production
