Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other soft services to maintain operational excellence.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities utilizing a proactive approach to prevent facility-related issues before they arise.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service delivery aligns with organizational needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or related roles, showcasing a strong understanding of building systems.
- Experience in managing a diverse team, demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to inspire others.
