This role will focus on inspecting and documenting the installation, repair, and replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems within occupied residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience working on NYCHA, public agency, multifamily residential, or institutional renovation projects and is comfortable coordinating with contractors, residents, construction managers, and agency representatives.
