MEP Engineering Manager – HS2

A large package of line-side MEICA works has been released to our client, a leading MEP infrastructure contractor. The design for this scheme will be run out of London but delivered on site in the West Midlands.
We need an experienced MEP Engineering Manager who can be the design CRE on this scheme, hired on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering/design across projects, ensuring cost, time, and quality targets.
Ensure compliance with our client’s design management, assurance, and quality systems.
Drive constructability, HSE best practice, and technical excellence through design reviews.
Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to integrate requirements effectively.
Provide accurate design estimates and resource planning; track design changes.
Conduct design audits, resolve non-conformances, and manage sector engineering resources.
