MEP Engineer (RIBA Standard)

We are seeking an experienced MEP Scan-to-BIM Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on expertise in converting point cloud data into accurate BIM models. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of MEP systems, BIM standards, Scan-to-BIM workflows, and experience working on projects across various RIBA design stages. Key Responsibilities Process, register, and interpret laser scan/point cloud data for MEP modeling and as-built documentation. Develop detailed MEP BIM models (LOD 300-500) using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools. Create accurate as-built models from point cloud data for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection systems. Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural disciplines to ensure clash-free project delivery. Perform clash detection, reporting, and coordination using Navisworks or similar coordination platforms.
