Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including vendor management, PPM planning, and coordination with finance for timely payments.
• Coordinate with leasing and fit-out teams to ensure smooth tenant handovers, approvals, and fit-out completion.
• Manage utility account closures and transitions with service providers for tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Support management in implementing property upgrades to enhance value and tenant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in the same role within shopping malls in UAE, preferably in Dubai.
• Must have extensive knowledge and background in air cooler chillers.
• Available to handle emergencies outside of normal working hours.
