Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Translate design concepts and calculations from engineers into accurate and constructible technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the building design.
- Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings based on site conditions and project progress, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman, with a strong portfolio showcasing Revit and AutoCAD proficiency in building services.
