:The MEP Design Lead is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing both macro-level strategic initiatives and micro-level technical execution within the MEP domain. This leadership position requires a robust
technical background combined with strong managerial capabilities to drive design innovation, precise cost estimation, and efficient project delivery. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex design
challenges while providing clear direction to ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
A Master’s degree in MEP Engineering, Building Services, or a related field is a plus.
Required Experience & Certificates:
Professional certifications are highly desirable.
