Key Responsibilities
- Design & Spatial Coordination: Lead the coordination of all MEP systems, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural designs to prevent spatial conflicts.
- Drawing Preparation & Management: Oversee and manage the preparation, review, and approval of comprehensive MEP coordination drawings (CSD/CBWD) and shop drawings prior to installation.
- Technical Review: Scrutinize design consultants' drawings, specifications, and subcontractor submittals to ensure technical accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Clash Resolution: Proactively identify constructability issues or clashes during the pre-construction and construction phases, working closely with engineering teams to develop effective, practical solutions.
