Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Menu & Pricing Manager to lead menu engineering and pricing strategy across markets. This role sits within the marketing function and plays a critical role in shaping the brand’s menu architecture, optimizing profitability, and driving customer value perception.

The role requires a strong balance between data-driven decision making and brand understanding, ensuring that pricing and menu strategies support both business performance and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Engineering & Optimization

• Lead menu engineering analysis (sales mix, contribution margins, product performance)
• Identify opportunities to optimize menu structure, product placement, and mix
• Recommend actions to improve profitability, simplify the menu, and enhance customer decision‑making
• Support development of core menu, LTOs, and promotional structures ...
