Mental Health Teaching Assistant
Located in Maidenhead, this termβtime position starts ASAP. The role involves fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment and ensuring all students receive the individualised guidance they need to thrive in the classroom.
As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant you will work with students aged 2β19, engaging them and helping the class teacher deliver tailored support and guidance based on their individual learning requirements. You will inspire and motivate the students, build confidence, collaborate with the class teacher, and implement strategies and interventions that promote academic growth and personal resilience. The position offers a supportive team and opportunities to shadow experienced professionals, serving as a stepping stone into careers in education, psychology, or counselling.
