As a Camp Counsellor, you will implement counseling programs and activities designed to promote mental health in a school environment. Your role will involve monitoring counseling progress and collaborating across disciplines to support students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide psychological support and counseling to students
ā¢ Promote mental health through engaging programs
ā¢ Develop and implement innovative counseling activities
ā¢ Monitor and assess counseling performance metrics
ā¢ Work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Psychology, Counseling, or similar
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in a school counseling setting
ā¢ Preferred: Professional certification in counseling
ā¢ Understanding of counseling best practices
