Job Description
The Membership Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Membership & Engagement, is a key representative of the Calgary Winter Club and plays an important role in delivering professional, welcoming, and high-quality Member experience.
This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Shareholder family accounts, including accurate Member information, photos, Membership categories, dues, account changes, and related documentation. The Membership Coordinator supports Members across a variety of categories, including Active, Social, Non-Resident, and Waitlist, while ensuring all Membership information is handled with discretion, accuracy, and confidentiality.
The Membership Coordinator provides a welcoming first impression for new Members and supports Members throughout their Membership journey, including onboarding, family changes, account transitions, reciprocal club inquiries, billing questions, and resignation processes. This role re...
