Job Description:

A membership-based organization is seeking a Membership Administrator to manage member records, support engagement initiatives, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

+ Process membership applications and renewals

+ Maintain database accuracy

+ Respond to member inquiries

+ Generate membership reports

+ Support events and member communications

+ Assist with data analysis and tracking




Requirements
Requirements:

+ 2+ years of administrative or membership experience

+ CRM/database experience

+ Strong Excel skills

+ Excellent customer service abilities
