Description We are looking for a service-driven individual to join a financial services team as a Member Services Representative. Responsibilities:
• Build strong member relationships by learning about financial needs and connecting individuals with suitable accounts, services, and solutions.
• Guide members in using digital banking tools and other financial resources so they can manage their accounts with greater confidence and convenience.
• Handle routine and complex account activity, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and maintenance requests for consumer and business accounts.
