Job Overview

We are looking for a temporary Meeting Manager for our client at Crowne Plaza Helsinki – Hesperia, in the conference and event department. The role involves diverse tasks in a beautiful hotel environment, working with people and events, and is focused on evening‑oriented work based on the event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Organize meetings and celebrations, together with other Meeting Managers.
• Provide customer service and ensure the success of each event.
• Manage the use of versatile conference and celebration spaces, which can accommodate up to 1,500 people.
• Assist in the lounge bar and à la carte restaurant during evenings and fill shifts in the restaurant and breakfast areas when there are no events.
