Introduction to role

This role drives end-to-end support to medical affairs team & VEEVA-led events, from initiation and implementation through to closure, ensuring all associated costs are accurately assembled and reconciled. It involves regular tracking and monitoring of VEEVA events for strict adherence to process and documentation standards, with timely updates shared across teams. Daily collaboration includes Medical, Marketing, as well as MME/MMSE teams, IT, Event Desk, Compliance, Sales, Business Units, Legal and other internal divisions to keep activities aligned and compliant.
