Job Description
Winning Assistants, Inc. seeks an experienced Medical Virtual Assistant with a focus on insurance eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and front office support. The ideal candidate will navigate U.S.
insurance portals, verify benefits, obtain authorizations, and maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering excellent patient service over the phone. This is a full-time remote position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
