The Medical Technologist Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations, primarily within the blood bank with additional support for hematology functions. This role supervises laboratory activities while also performing hands-on technical work, spending approximately % of the time working on the bench. The supervisor ensures accurate testing procedures, maintains compliance with regulatory standards, and supports laboratory staff in delivering high-quality diagnostic services within a -bed healthcare facility.
