JOB SUMMARY
Conducts routine and complex tests for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Performs related duties; following established standards and practices. Assumes responsibility for problem solving; systems control; and instruction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Work Experience
No previous experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
Completion of formal training program in an approved MT; MLS; or MLT program
Registered as a MT(ASCP); MLS(ASCP); MLT (ASCP); or equivalent
Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities
Compile statistics.
Input data into computer programs.
Maintain logs.
Ability to use CRT and diagnostic equipment.
