Location: Columbia, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (4 Months)
Work Environment: Onsite Medical Office
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to support a busy healthcare call center and medical practice environment. This role is ideal for individuals with prior healthcare, medical scheduling, patient services, medical receptionist, pharmacy technician, or healthcare customer service experience. As a Medical Scheduler, you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for patients, helping coordinate appointments, answer questions, process requests, and ensure patients receive the support they need.
