Job Description
- Consistently Achieve given Sales Target by product for the territory using cascaded sales strategies from managers
- Provide monthly forecast sales from drugstores, hospitals and dispensing sales sources based on history and current selling activities
- Identify and create an HCP master list in compliance to set target specialties
- Regularly visit target HCPs based on frequency per month of 2x or 4x to achieve average call rates of 15 calls per day
- Monitor hospital pharmacies and fronting drugstore outlets on a weekly basis for product movement and availability of APPI products and competitors’ activities
- Include APPI product in major hospital formularies
- Plan and conduct scientific meetings for APPI products as required, especially for new products
