**Position Purpose:**
+ Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records
+ Specialty: Pulmonary and Sleep
+ Location : 5300 N Meadows Dr Building 2, Suite 3820, Grove City, OH 43123
+ Hours of office: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m - possible hybrid post training - 6 month to 1 year.

+ Register patients
+ Gather insurance, check demographics
+ Soft collections
+ Answering incoming calls
+ EPIC
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Education: High school graduate or equivalent
+ Licensure / Certification: N/A
