A well-established plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Malpractice Associate Lawyer to join its growing team in Toronto, Ontario.Location:Toronto, ONJob Type:Full-TimeThis is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is passionate about advocating for individuals who have suffered injuries as a result of medical negligence and who is interested in handling sophisticated medical malpractice and complex negligence matters.Key ResponsibilitiesManage plaintiff-side medical malpractice files from intake through settlement or trial.Conduct examinations for discovery, mediations, motions, pre‑trials, and court appearances.Draft pleadings, motion materials, mediation briefs, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents.Develop and implement litigation strategies for complex medical negligence claims.Work closely with medical experts and consultants to evaluate liability, causation, and damages.Provide legal advice and guid...
