Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) for a 13-week contract assignment. This role requires a strong background in laboratory operations and proficiency with Epic EMR to ensure accurate and timely patient results.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform specimen collection, processing, and phlebotomy duties.
  • Conduct testing on blood, urine, body fluid, and other clinical specimens.
  • Analyze quality control data to ensure testing accuracy and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and resolve technical issues.
  • Review test results, maintain laboratory records, and support quality assurance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely and accurate patient results.
