JOB DESCRIPTION;
A Medical Concierge Assistant Manager oversees frontline patient services and healthcare coordination. They lead concierge staff, manage patient journeys, handle billing/insurance (like HMOs), and bridge communication between patients, doctors, and facilities. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related health-allied field.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.
3 to 5 years of accumulated work experience in a hospital, HMO, or upscale service/hospitality setting
Deep understanding of healthcare networks, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) policies, processing Letters of Authorization (LOAs), and insurance verification
