Job Description
We are currently seeking Team Leaders to support a growing client base and manage day‑to‑day operational activities of the production team, help stabilize processes, and combine clinical and/or coding expertise with payment accuracy. The role involves coordinating with internal and external teams and ensuring the team delivers as per set expectations while maintaining required quality standards.
- Must have an active nursing license with CIC or CCS certification.
- At least 5 years in medical coding, preferably in DRG.
- At least 1 year of Team Lead experience.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu office.
