Job Summary

: Start-up of automation cells containing various combinations of linear, SCARA, and articulated industrial robots, bowl feeders, drawer systems, conveyors, machine guarding & safety systems, as well as other custom automation equipment delivered to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, install, troubleshoot, and commission industrial automation hardware and software Assembly and installation of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components Power source and communication verification Software installation and debug Safety equipment validation according to safety standards Setup of parameters, sequence, and positions of automation and robotic system. Examples: VFD & Bowl Feeder parameters, KUKA Safe-Op, FANUC DCS, etc. Ensure system performs according to sales order Ensure quality conformance of all equipment to ENGEL standards Verify completeness and prepare for shipment
