Job Description

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on all assigned Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults and carry out repairs.
  • Inspect equipment to identify defects, wear, and potential failures.
  • Repair and replace defective components, parts, and assemblies.
  • Conduct routine servicing, lubrication, adjustments, and equipment calibration as required.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained in safe and operational condition.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and repair records.
  • Perform functional testing after repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
