Mechanical Technician ( Ammonia / Urea Process Plant)

Responsibilities Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of rotating and static equipment within Ammonia and Urea Process Plants. Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, fans, valves, vessels, columns, heat exchangers, piping systems, and associated mechanical equipment. Execute equipment overhauls, alignment, bearing replacement, seal replacement, and mechanical repairs as per maintenance schedules. Conduct inspection and maintenance activities during plant shutdowns and turnarounds. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and maintenance procedures. Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to ensure reliable plant operation. Maintain accurate maintenance records and update work orders through CMMS/SAP systems.
