Full-time Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns for all kinds of machines on beverage lines
• Operate and perform full overhauls for beverage line pneumatic circuits and mechanical moving parts
• Possess very good knowledge of beverage lines machines such as Sidel, KHS, or Krones lines, and thorough knowledge of injection machines
• Have basic knowledge of electricity
• Plan and estimate mechanical jobs
• Direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime, maximize equipment availability, and extend equipment life
• Identify mechanical spare parts requirements for all line machines
• Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of mechanical assignments
• Provide basic training for all machine operators
