Responsibilities
- Lead weekly toolbox talks to keep safety and communication front and center.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
- Coordinate site activities seamlessly with other trades to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop two‑week look‑ahead plans for upcoming works to keep projects on track.
