Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians and mechanics in carrying out marine repair, maintenance and installation works.
- Plan, organize and coordinate daily work activities to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and within schedule.
- Attend vessels, shipyards and anchorage locations to conduct inspections, troubleshooting and job execution.
- Coordinate with vessel engineers, shipyard personnel, owners' representatives and project managers.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety requirements, work permits and shipyard regulations.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safe work practices.
- Prepare daily progress reports, service reports and job completion reports.
- Monitor work quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist management in planning manpower and project schedules.
