DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a proactive Mechanical Superintendent to lead the installation of racking and modules across multiple utility-scale solar projects nationwide. In this role, you'll supervise and develop in-house construction teams, manage equipment and procurement, and ensure efficient, safe execution of the mechanical scope. Your leadership will foster strong team relationships, support continuous process improvement, and drive successful project delivery. You will play a key role in cultivating DEPCOM's culture of safety, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Location: Multiple U.S. Project Sites (Travel Required)
Travel: ~90% travel with monthly home visits; job location rotates roughly every 6 months
