Job Description
We’re working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across South Wales. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee site delivery across projects in the Cardiff region.
This is a key site-based role, responsible for coordinating mechanical installation works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
As an Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Supervising mechanical works on site from installation through to commissioning
* Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour across multiple trades
* Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme requirements
* Maintaining high health & safety standards across site
* Carrying out toolbox talks and site inductions
* Monitoring quality of installation and ensuring compliance with specifications
