As a mechanical reliability project manager, you will have the chance to learn more and more about our various equipment in order to achieve the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Analyze maintenance data (breakdown history, costs, downtime) and all production stoppages to identify trends, root causes of recurring failures, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) based on data analysis, criticality analysis (RCM), industry best practices, and manufacturer recommendations.
- Update and manage preventive maintenance schedules in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring their relevance and effectiveness.
- Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the CMMS.
