An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Engineer to join a highly innovative engineering business that designs and manufactures specialist automated machinery for customers across the globe. This is a varied, hands-on role within a growing organisation, offering the chance to work on complex engineering projects from concept through to installation and commissioning. The Role As a Project Engineer, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of bespoke machinery projects, including: Designing special-purpose machinery and automation systems using SolidWorks Managing bills of materials (BOMs), sourcing components and progressing orders Coordinating machine builds, testing, commissioning and servicing activities Supporting customers with technical problem-solving, both remotely and on-site Liaising with suppliers and customers across the UK and internationally Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and business processes Supporting the development of new ...
