Lead and supervise a crew of mechanical technicians and pipefitters on pipeline construction and maintenance projects ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

• Interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and technical drawings to accurately guide the installation, assembly, and repair of pipeline systems and associated mechanical equipment.
• Manage the efficient allocation and utilization of tools, equipment, and materials, minimizing waste and ensuring operational readiness.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures, proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Oversee the installation and alignment of pumps, valves, compressors, and other critical pipeline components, ensuring precise fit and function.
