Job Description
Our client is looking for an Estimator to prepare accurate project estimates by compiling and assessing data regarding materials, labor, and equipment. In this role, you will analyze project requirements to determine financial feasibility and ensure projects can be successfully completed within targeted cost structures.
Key Accountabilities:
Market Tracking: Monitor future construction activity across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and the Atlantic provinces through various regional construction associations to identify upcoming projects relevant to the organization.
Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM systems to log active quotes, track closing dates, and maintain accurate pipeline data.
Quantity Take-offs: Review construction documents and consult with clients to prepare detailed material quantity take-offs for commercial and industrial projects.
