Job Description Team Leadership & Technical Management Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, piping engineers, designers, drafters, and BIM modellers for process plant projects (incineration, water/wastewater treatment, etc.) Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring professional development Establish efficient workflows, systems, and procedures for mechanical/piping engineering design work Implement comprehensive quality control procedures for all mechanical/piping deliverables Engineering Design & Standards Oversee the design and engineering of mechanical systems with emphasis on piping work Ensure all designs comply with relevant international standards, codes, and project specifications Develop and review technical specifications and engineering drawings Create and maintain company standard design drawings, specifications, and engineering databases Drive design optimization and value engineering initiatives Project Execution & Coordination Monito...
