Job Description

Team Leadership & Technical Management

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, piping engineers, designers, drafters, and BIM modellers for process plant projects (incineration, water/wastewater treatment, etc.)
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring professional development
• Establish efficient workflows, systems, and procedures for mechanical/piping engineering design work
• Implement comprehensive quality control procedures for all mechanical/piping deliverables

Engineering Design & Standards

• Oversee the design and engineering of mechanical systems with emphasis on piping work
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant international standards, codes, and project specifications
