Job Responsibilities
- A Mechanical Engineering Manager is responsible for leading an Engineering Team, overseeing end-to-end Product design and development, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and schedule goals, and aligning technical work with business strategy.
- He balances hands-on technical expertise with leadership, resource planning, and corss-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor and Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciples
- More than 10 years experience in equipment design for Semiconductor/Automation/Solar/Consumer Electronics.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Leading/Managing a Team of Design Engineers in Equipment design for Semiconductor/Automation/Solar/Consumer Electronics.
- Strong fundamentals in mechanical concepts and problem-solving skills, including knowledge in Stack tolerance, Finite Element Analysis.
