SMI Automation is a renowned designer and builder of custom automation equipment, custom manufactured machinery and robotics within the transportation, oil and gas, and mining industry. We offer inclusive solutions for custom manufacturing and processing needs with secondary tooling to support – de-flash, cooling, drilling or routing, punching, assembly, and bonding stations. Our machines are used to assemble and bond large body sub-assemblies for heavy trucks, robotically machined openings in the products, apply adhesive, transfer and assemble components and other complex assemblies, no matter the size.
