:Lead the mechanical engineering team through the full product development lifecycle, managing all phases from initial concept & detail design through verification, validation & successful transition to mass production.
Partner with the Program Manager to define mechanical project scope, plan resources, establish realistic schedules, implement risk mitigation strategies & monitor critical milestones to ensure successful completion.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to achieve critical project goals in schedule, cost, safety, quality, reliability & robustness performance.
Engage with the Front End Architecture team to conduct high level conceptual feasibility study & technical maturation.
Spearhead rigorous design reviews to proactively mitigate & address technical risks prior to tool release approval.
