Responsibilities
. Lead a team of technicalofficers and technicians for facilities management activities.
. Planand schedule for equipment upkeep and maintenance record including preparing ofreport.
. Investigate,analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
. Carryout any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
. Experiencehandling in Pumps and Motors, Aircon system and Mechanical ventilation systemand work well as a team.
. Upkeep properfiling system for maintenance records.
. Scheduling forpreventive maintenance works.
. Managing all typesof maintenance breakdowns and ensure all faults are attended.
. Conduct routineinspection of the premises.
. Site meeting andliaising with client.
