Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program managers on projects involving structural, actuator, and pneumatic components; support the product roadmap across all development phases, from scoping and design to validation and launch.
- Translate product requirements into measurable specifications in collaboration with managers.
- Conduct DFMEA at all project stages to mitigate risks related to performance, safety, and operational complexity.
- Manage conceptual and validation prototyping iterations until specifications are met; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design mechanical and electro‑mechanical systems, selecting components such as actuators and pneumatics to satisfy product requirements.
- Execute test plans covering assembly, compliance, DFMEA risks, and life testing to validate prototypes for production.
