Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a hands‑on Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving practical problems, improving equipment, and making things work better every day. The successful candidate will spend most of their time on the factory floor working alongside operators, artisans, production, and maintenance teams to improve safety, reliability, productivity, and quality across our corrugated converting operations.
