Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing process and maintenance procedure of automation and manual production line
- Hands on with daily task using PLC module and programming, HMI programming, Vision, electric motors, instrument sensors
- Analyze equipment anomalies and strategy to improve
- Maintain calculation of KPI (OEE, MTTR, MTBF), Spare part management, Cost improvement, and TPM
Qualification
- Graduate of D3/ Bachelor Degree Mechanical Electrical/Electronic Engineering related fields
- Have at least 3-5 years of Working experience in the related field, especially in manufacture industry
- Familiar with Electrical Measurement Instrument, and able to reading of Electrical Wiring Diagram
- Familiar with maintenance system, CMMS, SAP, SCADA, AutoCAD
