Job Description
Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer 3. The work will be done onsite in Mossville, Illinois. This is an 18-month position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $43/hour + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Job Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer 3 to support global product development initiatives focused on hydraulic systems and components. This role combines project management, engineering analysis, and product cost optimization while working closely with global engineering teams, suppliers, procurement, and manufacturing partners. The engineer will help drive new product introduction (NPI) programs, analyze large engineering and business data sets, identify value creation opportunities, and support hydraulic component development from concept through production.
