The Mechanical Engineeris responsible forsupporting the assessment, rehabilitation, and improvement of building mechanical systems. Working closely with project managers and senior technical staff, this role combines field investigations with office-based analysis and reporting. The position offers opportunities to develop technicalexpertiseand progress toward professional licensure and project management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site investigations and condition assessments for existing building mechanical systems.
• Evaluate plumbing, piping, HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical infrastructure systems, and develop recommendations for repair, rehabilitation, and replacement under the guidance of senior team members.
• Prepare proposals, technical reports, and supporting documentation related to mechanical system assessments and upgrades.
